2020 WSFA Trade Show


The 2020 Women Stepping Forward for Agriculture conference will be held September 29-October 1, 2020 at the Big Horn Resort in Billings, MT.

In 2019, we had over 100 women in attendance from across the state and outside the state. In 2020, we hope to grow the conference with even more attendees. The conference features a wide variety of speakers that are hand selected for their talent and content as it relates to agriculture and women. Additionally, a spotlight of the conference is the tradeshow, which is made up of retail and informational booths for the attendees to peruse.

This year’s tradeshow will have limited space and a lottery will be utilized to encourage a fair mix of vendors. Seven retail spaces and seven informational spaces, for a total of 15 indoor booth spaces, will be available at this year’s conference. Additionally, there will be two outdoor trailer vendor spaces available. All vendor booths are in the main conference room and you will be able to fully participate in the WSFA conference and benefits. 


How to enter:
If you would like to participate in this year’s tradeshow, submit your name/business name to me by midnight (MST) September 4, 2020 by emailing Include the category you would like to be entered for as RETAIL or INFORMATIONAL. Please note if you are specifically interested in one of the trailer spaces.

Selection of vendors:
All names will be separated into the appropriate category for RETAIL or INFORMATIONAL and on September 9, 2020, the tradeshow vendors for each category will be selected using a digital random name picker and broadcast via Facebook.

Notification and commitment:
Upon selection, vendors must submit payment in full by September 20, 2019 to commit to the tradeshow. If payment is not received and successfully processed, the vendor spot will be forfeited and a new vendor will be selected.


Set up: September 29, 12-5 p.m.
Tear down: October 1, 12-4 p.m.
Tradeshow Hours: September 29 5 p.m.-8 p.m.; September 30 3 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m; October 1, 8:00 am-12:00 pm.
Booth size: 8’ x 10’, includes 8-foot table and two chairs (no table cloth)
Attendance: 100-125
Age range: 17-95
Geographic region: statewide attendance (and beyond)
Price: $200 for-profit, $150 non-profit
Number of vendors: 15 maximum (7 retail, 7 informational)

Tradeshow is in the same room as the conference. Your booth registration allows you to attend and participate in all conference events and benefits!
