The 2022 Women Stepping Forward for Agriculture conference will be held October 3-5, 2022 at the Big Horn Resort in Billings, MT.

In 2021, we had over 100 women in attendance from across the state and outside the state. In 2022, we hope to grow the conference with even more attendees. The conference features a wide variety of speakers that are hand selected for their talent and content as it relates to agriculture and women. Additionally, a spotlight of the conference is the trade show, which is made up of retail and informational booths for the attendees to peruse.

All vendor booths are in the main conference room and you will be able to fully participate in the WSFA conference and benefits. 


If you would like to participate in this year’s trade show, submit your name/business name to Include the category you would like to be entered for as RETAIL or INFORMATIONAL.

Informational/Non-profit booths: $150
Retail/For-profit booths: $200
Booth fee includes ONE conference registration. If additional people will be at your booth, additional registrations will need to be purchased.

Vendors must submit payment in full by September 1, 2022 to commit to the trade show. If payment is not received and successfully processed, the vendor spot will be forfeited and a new vendor will be selected.


Set up: Monday, October 3, 12-5 p.m.
Tear down: Wednesday, October 5, 12-4 p.m.
Trade show Hours: October 3, 5 p.m.-8 p.m.; October 4, 3 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m; October 5, 8:00 am-12:00 pm.
Your booth is in the same room as conference presentations, so you will be able to fully participate in the conference.
Booth: includes 6-foot skirted table, electricity, and one chair.
Attendance: 100-125
Age range: 17-99
Geographic region: statewide attendance (and beyond)
Price: $200 for-profit, $150 non-profit
Number of vendors: 24 maximum
2022 Theme: 20th Anniversary Celebration

Trade show is in the same room as the conference. Your booth registration allows you to attend and participate in all conference events and benefits!
