Greetings!

The 2017 Women Stepping Forward for Agriculture Conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Billings, MT on September 26-27, 2017. This exciting conference will bring together women from all aspects of Montana’s and region’s diverse agriculture community. Our mission, “to empower women involved in all sectors of agriculture through education, collaboration and networking, to ensure the success of farms and ranches across the region” will be evident throughout the conference as we strive to enhance Montana’s number one resource.

This conference will provide an excellent opportunity for you to engage with key decision-makers and enhance your brand by becoming a vendor. Leading presenters, workshops and the tradeshow will all be part of the experience and we have created a variety of partnership opportunities if you would like to couple your booth with a sponsorship.

Along with a great line-up of renowned speakers, the conference will also include an exclusive kickoff experience that will provide inspiration and lasting memorabilia from this one-of-a-kind conference. Trade Show Booths: Must be paid for in advance of the conference. Will not be able to show up day of and get a trade show booth.

Non-Profit: $100.00 (includes one conference registration)
For-Profit: $150.00 (includes one conference registration)

All booths include:
-One (1) 6 foot table and a chair.
-One (1) registration for the WSFA Conference.  If more people will be in your booth, additional registrations will need to be purchased.

 

Trade Show Booth Rules:

Trade Show booths will be able to begin set up on Tuesday, September 26th at 8:00 am in the DoubleTree Conference Center. Booths need to be set up by 12:00 pm!

All trade show vendors must be at their booth during the conference breaks and free times. Please see our Conference Agenda for the break times.
